What are the prices for your services?

The price for every order depends on the customer’s needs. As such, each rate is individual. The final price will depend on the academic level, urgency, number of pages, and additional services (optional). To find out the precise price, you can use the online calculator, which can be found in the Order Form.

When will I get my order?

It depends on the deadline you choose. The options vary from three hours to fourteen days. The countdown will start after you make payment. Be sure that we will meet the deadline no matter what! And one more thing: remember that you set the deadline for the first version of your work. Revisions will require additional time, so mind this when placing your order.

Who will work on my order?

We have a team of Ph.D. and Master’s writers so that you will cooperate with one of them. We assign experts with matching fields of proficiency to make sure that your papers are authentic and correct. If you have a Preferred Writer, you may choose this add-on service and include his/her ID when leaving your request.

I have specific sources to be used for my paper. Can I pass them to the writer?

Your writer would really appreciate that! Upload as many study materials as possible to help him/her deliver a paper you need. There is a section called Files, which can be found on your Control Panel. You are welcome to upload text documents, PDF files, and media files right there. If you have problems with uploading the materials, contact our Customer Support for help.

Will you format my paper?

Yes, we will format your paper in any style you need. You can choose APA, MLA, Chicago/Turabian, or Harvard formatting when completing the Order Form. This service comes for free, so no additional fees will be charged.

How many pages should I choose?

One page equals 275 words. Choose the amount according to your professor’s instructions. Don’t forget that neither title page nor bibliography are included in the total amount – you don’t have to pay for them!

What if I need to change the initial instructions of my order?

If you need to change the instructions, then you should request a paid revision or place a new order with us. Our writers will take care of your request. Please note that free revisions are provided only in case your initial instructions stay the same.

How will I get the paper?

You will receive a notification that your order is done when the writer finishes his/her work. After getting a notification, you should log into your account and confirm the final draft uploaded to the Files section. Take a look at the preview version and inform us if something doesn’t satisfy you – we will do a free revision. If you are satisfied with the paper, just confirm it and download a .doc version to your computer. Now you can use it as a sample for your own project.

What if you miss the deadline?

This is a rare case at APapers.com, but you should notify Customer Support members if your deadline has been missed. If this wasn’t a writer’s fault, then we will discuss the problem with you and rearrange the deadline. If the paper was delivered too late because of the writer, we will provide a partial or full refund depending on the case.

Are there any refund options?
